Goomzee

Goomzee iPhone App is a mobile application that allows real estate agents to manage their Realty Connect campaigns, leads and account from a mobile phone.

The client had a web service API to an administration service to acces their Realty Connect product. They also had a prototype interface, created with Interface Builder, depicting the UI in general. We had to actually implement the App by issuing web service calls, parse the resulting XML, build model objects and tie to the UI. We also greatly improved the functionality of the existing UI with dynamic features, menus, etc.


The application is integrated with the standard Settings feature of iPhone. Integration with location services and Google Maps was used to show real estate locations on a map. Email can be sent directly from the app, and text messages and calls can be initiated from it.


Thorough testing, both functional and for memory leaks, was done in the end to prepare the application for App Store submission.
